My Parisian Little Black Book

I’ve just come back from a short week-end in Paris, and thought I would share some of my best shopping addresses.

Let me let you in on a secret; despite being French, I’ve only been to Paris a few times, and it’s the first time I truly get the chance to explore the city!

I found a pretty awesome book back in Lyon at Christmas which dozens of useful shopping addresses; here are my top picks from my trip:

Yellow Mellow Stock: 32 rue de Turbigo, 75003 Paris

I stupidly only packed a pair of kitten heals for my trip, and after a day strolling around the Marais, my feet where killing me. I picked up a cute pair of pink/silver/black ballerinas (see picture above) for €22 euros at Mellow Yellow. Lovely shoes, without breaking the bank Made in Paris!

Et vous Stock: 17 rue de Turbigo, 75003 Paris

Further down on the rue Turbigo you’ll find the outlet Et vous Stock. Whilst the shop is very plain from the outside, they sell lots of very cool T-shirts/jumpers, jeans and much more!

Zadig et Voltaire Stock: 22 rue du Bourg-Tibourg, 75004 Paris

If you’re into Zadig et Voltaire you must check out this shop where you can snap the previous collections at -30% - 40%

Matières à Réflexion, 19 Rue de Poitou, 75003

Clemence Poesy recently raved about Matieres a Reflexion in Stylist Magazine. The shop is actually really tiny, with very little choice as far as the clothes is concerned, but the jewelry is one of a kind!

Colette: 213 Rue St Honoré, 75001 Paris

Not a particularly cheap place but the ‘concept store’ as the French call it, is a must see on your list. Collette is all about the pleasure of the senses! Check out their Tumblr and Podcast
